Exchange: 14 days from date of delivery in new condition with no visible wear. The buyer must pay for the return if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects and the exchange is not due to our fault.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us.

Disclaimer: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it does not include:

Accidental damage
Improper care
Normal wear and tear
Degradation of colors and materials by exposure to the sun
Returns/exchanges of products in contact with water will not be accepted.

If you believe that the product you purchased does not meet the original requirements, you have the option of requesting a refund.

You can get a refund if:

You are not satisfied with your order: You have purchased your Xaviora® products within the last 10 days and wish to return them. We will process the refund as soon as possible once we receive the items from you.
The product you purchased is completely unusable.
You have not received your product within 60 business days or 90 business days (South America).
Advice:

* The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & nightwear, jewelry and accessories (excluding scarves & bags).

* Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

* Refunds will usually be issued within 3-5 business days after your return has been delivered. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.

* The customer will be charged at most once for the shipping costs (this also includes the return); The consumer will not be charged for the return of the product.
